It is finally starting to get to be warmer weather. Nevaeh and I have spent the last few days outside and she LOVES it. Several times all ready she has fallen asleep "sun bathing". She is definitely her mommy and daddys little girl. She is such an outdoors type of girl. Laying out the day before yesterday every time the birds would chirp she would smile real big and look around trying to find them. After seeing that I think we are going to the zoo this weekend so she can see all kinds of animals and hear a lot of birds. Im hoping she likes it because i am very excited about it =) I know her daddy would really enjoy it if he were here with us. Luckily he will finally be coming home to us very soon!!!!

Where Did This Come From?!?!
So after almost two weeks of Nevaeh going to sleep late and still waking up between three and four am and staying up until five am. Then waking up at seven for the day. She went to bed around nine thirty or ten pm last night. I went to sleep not long after her. I was expecting her to wake up in the middle of the night but to my surprise she didnt wake up until six fourty five this morning. When we woke up I was thinking to my self this going to be a long day because shes up for the day now since she didnt wake up earlier tonight. So we went in the living room and i fed her a bottle and put her in her swing. SHE WENT STRAIGHT TO SLEEP!! So I thought well ill try to get in a little twenty minute nap before she wakes up. I just woke up and it is almost nine am and she is still asleep. Why cant this becoming a sleeping habit for her so mommy can start to get more rest. =) Dont get me wrong though Nevaeh is the PERFECT baby and I wouldnt have her any other way.

Lo0ong Night =(
For the past few days Nevaeh has decided to go to sleep late and then wake up between three am and four am and stay up until five am. I don't mind getting up with my little girl. I love spending time with her and being with her but I am starting to feel the exhaustion (spelling) get the best of me. I wish I knew of an energy boosting miracle for me or a way to get her to sleep just those two extra hours. I want to be the best mommy I can be for her because she deserves to have the best, but I need to find a cure for this extreme fatigue to be able to do that. Hopefully I can figure something out very soon. Any ideas?

!! I am the wife of an American Soldier.
I am a supporter of the United States Army -
an encouragement for the protectors of the greatest nation on earth.
Because I am proud of my husband and the uniform that he wears,
I will always act in ways creditable to him, the military service
and the nation he is sworn to gaurd.
I am proud of my husband. I will do all that I can to protect
and provide for my family in his absence. I will be loyal to my
husband and to the vows that we made as we entered the
covenant of marriage.
I will do my full part to carry on the values
and goals we have set apart for our family
and I will continue to instruct our children in the same manner.
As a soldier's wife, I realize that I play a vital role
in my husband's decision to become a member of a time-honored profession -
that I am doing my share to keep alive the principles of freedom for which my country stands.
No matter what situation I am in, I will never do anything,
for pleasure, profit, or personal safety,
which will disgrace my husband, his uniform or our country.
I will use every means I have to encourage my husband to be
the best soldier that he can be.
I am proud of my husband, my country and its flag.
I will fly the flag and will always remember the sacrafices
made by my husband and by generations of men and women
that have served our beloved country.
I will try to make my husband proud of the
manner in which I accept his decision to defend my freedom and
the freedom of all American citizens -
for I am the wife of an American soldier.

After Thoughts of Ladies Night Out
So today was hard leaving her but it went very well! I enjoyed myself so much having dinner with the girls. The adult conversation was a nice change of pace for a little bit. Towards the end of dinner though I was ready to get back to my little princess. Thank you so much Kenzie, Jennifer, and Alaina for such a wonderful time. It has definitely been a while since I spent time with the girls. Almost a year I think. It was so great to finally catch up with everyone. When I came home Nevaeh was perfectly fine laying in Papa's arms drinking her bottle. It definitely made me smile though when I picked her and she smiled big. Being a parent is the best thing anyone could ever do with their life. I can not wait for my husband to finally get home and enjoy this wonderful experience with me =)
First Ladies Night Out After Nevaeh's Birth
This is my first time blogging so be patient with me.
I had my baby girl, Nevaeh Abercrombie, back in December. Aside from when her Daddy came home on leave for R n R I have not left this house without her. My sister in law called asking if I wanted to go out for a ladies night out. Tonight will be my first ladies night out since before I had her and I am leaving her with my parents while I go have dinner with friends. I am feeling so guilty about leaving her in her crib with toys to take a shower much less go out with her. Just the thought of it is breaking my heart. I know going out and having some mommy time will be good for me and she will probably be one VERY SPOILED little girl while i am gone. I am hoping I can go out and have fun. *** Fingers Crossed ***
